Pickup at Muziker’s central warehouse in Lozorno – the fastest and most convenient option. If in stock, the item is usually prepared for pickup the same day during warehouse opening hours (after SMS confirmation). Before visiting, wait for an e‑mail or SMS with pickup confirmation, PIN code and invoice number – without these the item cannot be released.

It is also possible to collect the parcel in one of our stores. In this case, you will need to wait for a PIN code and Invoice number. We will send you this information by e-mail and text message, as soon as the parcel is available for collection at the pickup point. It is not possible to collect your parcel without the PIN and Invoice number.

It is possible to pick up the parcel in Packeta pick-up point. Zásilkovna will send you a Tracking URL and more information as soon as the parcel is available for collection at the pickup point. Availability of his delivery method depends on logistical conditions as dimensions or weight.

With this option, you choose a suitable pickup point or parcel locker. The shipment must comply with the size and weight limits of the service. Once dispatched from our central warehouse, you will receive shipment status information and pickup instructions.

Delivery of large and heavy oversized parcels to the address of your choice, up to the first lockable door. The shipment must meet the size and weight limits of the service. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive status updates and can track it all the way to delivery.

DHL Express ensures exceptionally fast and reliable delivery of shipments directly to the recipient’s address. This service is intended for customers who require delivery in the shortest possible time. Shipments must comply with the size and weight limits of the DHL Express service. Once the order is dispatched from our central warehouse, you will receive shipment status information and the option to track the delivery until completion. Express delivery is the ideal choice for time-critical orders.

Upstairs in-home delivery service directly to your apartment and placement in the desired location (one apartment or commercial space; maximum weight of one piece of goods is 80 kg). The service also includes the removal of packaging (paper and plastic) and the eventual removal of the old appliance (it must be ready at the place of delivery, disconnected from the power supply, water supply and waste, empty and dry).
