Collect points and exchange them for goods from our special MUZIKER Club catalogue
When you collect enough points, you can use them to purchase products from our special Club catalogue Muziker. In addition to generally available products, the Club catalogue offers exclusive items and luxury goods which are only available here.
Keep your ClubCard handy and never miss a point
The Club card is accepted in any of our stores, home and abroad.
Therefore, it does not matter whether you buy in store or order from our e-shop. The points will be automatically added to your points account.
How many points will I receive?
Each product (except for products with promotional discount) listing gives you information about the number of points you will collect with your purchase. This is not a fixed number, however. There are instances, in which you can receive twice the given number of points when purchasing a product. All you have to do is follow us actively on social networks and/or register for the Newsletter. All will be revealed in time.
How do I check my club points balance?
Every registered customer has their own user account where they can access all their personal information by clicking on “My account”. Club members, in addition to the basic information, can find a complete overview of the status and usage of their collected points there.
When can I start redeeming the points?
When shopping in store, the points collected will be available immediately.
When shopping online, the points from your purchase will be reserved to your account immediately; however, they will be subject to a 30-day reservation period, which will start from the date of registration of the payment in our system. After this period they will become available to use for your purchases.
What happens to the points if I decide to return the goods?
If you decide to withdraw from the Contract during a 30-day guarantee period for online purchases, the reserved points will be automatically deducted from your points balance.
Club points expiration
You can exchange your club points within 12 months from the date of the last points being credited to your account. If you do not redeem your points during this period, the points will be permanently lost. However, we will notify you by e-mail 30 days prior to the expiration date. Each Clubcard has its own unique identification number that is tied to your user account.
I want to become a Club member. What do I do?
To become a Club member, all you need to do is register at the time of purchase either online or in store, home or abroad.
Club registration when buying online
Order any product from our E-Shop.
After completing the registration information and before submitting your order, click on
“Yes, I want to collect Club Points”.
After your purchase is finalized, your account will be credited with the points earned.
You will receive your Club-card together with the ordered goods.
- New Club account can be open only in the cart while making a new order.
- It is not possible to register a new Club account in any other way.
- Club card itself is not for sale. It is delivered exclusively with the ordered goods.
- It is not possible to backdate the Club registration.
- It is not possible to receive any points on purchases made before the date of registering a new Club account.
- It is not possible to return products purchased using club points.

Take advantage of the tablet at the cash register and sign up for the Club even before the cashier puts your goods through the register.
Registration using thetabletwill take approximately 30 seconds.
Just enter your name, e-mail address and create a password.
You will be issued with a new Muziker ClubCard and abletocollect your first points immediately. The points earned on a store purchase can be usedstraight away.
